How to Control Anger?

Anger is one of the worst feelings and can be a positive emotion when it helps you work through certain issues or problems, whether it can be at office work or at home. However, anger can become highly problematic if it leads to violent behaviour, a sudden release of strong emotion. , or even physical altercations. Anger control is very important for helping you to avoid saying or doing something that you may regret. Before anger escalates, you can also use some specific strategies for controlling anger.

Your breathing becomes little depth.  and speeds up and grow angry. Reverse the trend by taking slow, deep breaths from your nose and breathe out of your mouth for several moments

GO Walk around

Better help calm your nerves and reduce all your anger. Go for a little walk and ride your bike, or go out for a play. Anything that  is good for your mind and body.

Relax your muscles

The muscle relaxation which calls on you to tense and get slowly relax for various muscle groups in your body. As you are tensed and released, take a slow, deliberate breath.

Repeat a mantra

Better find oud some words or phrase which helps you from calm and focus down from anger.chant the mantra again and again when you are upset.” relax” take it easy ” you will be alright.

Stretch

Roll your neck and shoulder are good examples of nonstrenuous. some movement like yoga. which can help you to control your body and harness you’re all emotions. No fancy equipment will be required.

Mentally escape

Get inside a quiet room and close your eyes, and start practice visualizing yourself in a relaxing scene. start focusing on the imaginary scene: What is the colour of water? How taller are the mountains? how do the chirping birds sound like? This type of practices can help you to find calm amidst anger.
